The Behavioral Science in Health (BSiH) Lab is pleased to welcome Marilia Ilia as a new intern!
Marilia is a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Psychology student at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Cyprus, with a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and psychological research. Her studies have provided her with a solid foundation in evidence-based practice, psychological assessment, and research methodology.
As she approaches the completion of her undergraduate degree, Marilia is looking ahead to a career that brings together her interests in clinical practice and research. She plans to pursue postgraduate training in clinical psychology, with the long-term goal of contributing to the advancement of evidence-based approaches to mental health care.
During her time at the BSiH Lab, Marilia will support the Momentous project while further developing her skills in psychological research, data collection, and data analysis. This opportunity will allow her to strengthen her research experience, expand her understanding of behavioural science and health, and contribute to meaningful, evidence-based work.
The BSiH Lab welcomes Marilia to the team and wishes her every success during her internship.
