Maria Hadjiyianni

Maria Hadjiyianni, is an Intern School Psychologist in the Postgraduate Program in Applied School Psychology at the University of Cyprus. She obtained a degree in Psychology (with Excellence) from the University of Cyprus in 2022. At the same time she worked as a trainee School Psychologist at the Educational Psychology Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture in Cyprus, fulfilling the requirements of her clinical internship. Simultaneously, she conducted her dissertation research, which focuses on investigating the impact of psychological flexibility on teachers’ well-being. Using an intensive longitudinal design, data were collected daily within each participant’s context through a novel technological approach, using a mobile app (Momentous). This study aims to advance the methods of data collection and analysis by collecting reliable, personalized information in real-time conditions. By employing functional network statistical analysis, the aim was to detect dynamic changes in individual behavior patterns. While this individualized network analysis approach is an emerging method in the field of contextual behavioral, cognitive, and educational research, we anticipate that it will be beneficial for designing individual networks that will provide unique idiographic patterns. Ultimately, the findings of this research have the potential to inform individualized interventions, ultimately enhancing teachers’ overall well-being.
