Contributing to the European Familial Hyperlipidaemias Foundation Ambassadors’ Training in Cyprus

The European Familial Hyperlipidaemias (FH) Foundation held its Ambassadors’ training in Limassol, Cyprus on the 03rd and 04th of April 2025. The Cyprus University of Technology is a partner in the FH-led EU4Health-funded PERFECTO research project and therefore the training event was hosted by CUT. 

The BSiH Lab Director Dr Angelos Kassianos was an invited trainer on the Psychological and bvehavioural aspects of living with familial hyperlipidaemias. During the training, Ambassadors were introduced in the models used in behavioural science to (a) understand the condition, (b) change or maintain their health behaviours and (c) increase their self-efficacy.
